We provide valuable resources and Government backed guidance for adults on recognising and responding to domestic abuse in the workplace.
Our training and education for children and young people delves into crucial topics including behavioural health, navigating friendship dynamics, and addressing challenges like peer pressure, managing negative emotions and resilience building.

About Our CPD Certified
Workplace Training Courses
- We deliver a one day, face to face domestic abuse awareness and healthy relationship education training course for line managers and HR staff in line with Government guidelines. Educating how to recognise, respond, refer and record.
- We deliver a half day, face to face, domestic abuse awareness and healthy relationship education workshop for employees, to make them aware of the issue and your company in house policy and procedures for supporting in the workplace.
- We can bring the training to you. All our courses can be run on site at your workplace. All we need is a room with a screen.
- Each course is subject to a minimum and maximum number of delegates.
- We offer a signposting service bridging the gap into local specialist victim and perpetrator support services.
- We can support with creating a compliant domestic abuse policy or review an existing one to make sure it adheres to Government guidelines.
About Our Interventions
for Children & Young People
Our education and awareness workshops for schools and educational settings provide invaluable insights and tools to address a range of critical issues.
From tackling negative behaviors like name-calling, gossip, and bullying, both in person and in social media chat groups, to understanding the dangers of negative TikTok trends and influences.
Our workshops empower children and young people to positively navigate complex social issues.
We delve into topics such as coercive control in friendships, peer pressure, and the consequences of physical violence, ensuring students grasp the importance of responsible behavior and the age of criminal responsibility.
Our sessions also focus on managing negative emotions, understanding the interplay between emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, and the impact of positive and negative thinking on actions.
Moreover, we equip participants with practical techniques for staying safe and in control, including calming strategies and guidance on whom to approach regarding safety and well-being concerns.
At our workshops, we prioritise fostering a safe space and supportive environment, where students can learn, grow, and advocate for their own safety and well-being.
